## How does the Amazon Flex bot work?

You set your filters — the days and times you want to work, a minimum hourly pay, and which warehouses you'll deliver from. Flextra then watches for new offers that match and accepts them automatically, 24/7.

## What devices can I use Flextra on?

Flextra works on Windows, Android, Mac, and iOS devices.

## How do I set my search filters?

Press the filters button at the top right of Search. You can set which days and times you want to work, a minimum hourly pay, and which warehouses you want to work at.

## Are my Flex credentials safe?

Yes. We do not store yours or anyone's Flex credentials. Your information is saved only on your device.

## I accidentally accepted too many blocks. How do I forfeit them?

All of your blocks are shown on the Schedule page. You can forfeit them in the app or in the Amazon Flex app.

## Can I search for blocks while I'm delivering?

No. Please do not run Flextra while you are delivering for Flex.

## What is an Amazon Flex block?

A block is a scheduled delivery shift offered to Amazon Flex drivers — typically 2 to 5 hours long — with a set pay rate.
